Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking an experienced FPGA Manager to lead the FPGA Radar hardware team in Seattle, WA, on-site. You will oversee firmware/hardware development, mature engineering processes, and DO-254 verification to enable a flight-ready radar system.

You will build a high-performance, cross-functional team, set technical roadmaps, prioritize work, and travel up to 10% as needed to support testing and integration in a safety-critical aviation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field
• 7+ years FPGA development experience with VHDL/Verilog
• 3+ years in technical leadership or people management
• Experience with complex hardware–software systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the FPGA hardware team
• Mature engineering processes with DO-254 verification
• Develop and execute technical roadmaps and priorities for radar systems
• Build a high-performance, cross-functional team with a shared vision
