The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hardware development experience, proficiency in design tools, and a degree in Electrical Engineering. The position offers a competitive salary range of $215K to $300K, along with stock options and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle electronics hardware development experience.
• Professional experience designing FPGA digital logic.
• Experience with safety-critical FPGA development (DO-254 level A/B).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the FPGA design including implementation.
• Coordinate with avionics and radar teams for FPGA requirements.
• Translate MATLAB algorithms to fixed point VHDL implementations.
