Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking an FPGA Manager onsite in Seattle to lead a radar hardware team, drive engineering process maturation, and advance certifiable radar systems. You’ll own roadmaps, prioritize work, and enable rapid integration and flight tests while collaborating cross-functionally.

This role requires Do-254 experience and a track record of building high-performance teams. The position requires relocation to Seattle and willingness to travel ~10% for test flights and integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of FPGA development experience (VHDL/Verilog).
• 3+ years in technical leadership or people management.
• Experience on complex systems where hardware and software intersect.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the FPGA Radar hardware team and drive maturation of engineering processes.
• Develop and execute technical roadmaps, manage priorities, and enable rapid integration and flight testing.
• Build and empower a high-performance, certifiable radar systems team.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure success on complex multidisciplinary projects.
