Reliable Robotics is seeking an FPGA Manager to lead the radar hardware team in Seattle, WA. You will guide the maturation of engineering processes to support rapid integration and flight testing of the radar system.

The role requires a strong background in FPGA development (VHDL/Verilog) and 3+ years in leadership, with DO-254 certification experience preferred. Onsite work in Seattle with ~10% travel guaranteed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional FPGA development experience (VHDL/Verilog).
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role.
• Experience on complex systems where hardware and software intersect.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the FPGA team responsible for air-to-air radar hardware.
• Balance immediate engineering execution with formal DO-254 verification.
• Develop and execute technical roadmaps, manage priorities, and ensure team success.
