You will lead product planning and strategy, translating customer needs into executable roadmaps while coordinating with engineering, architecture, marketing, and applications teams.

The ideal candidate has deep FPGA expertise, semiconductor experience, and strong business sense to justify investments and drive product definitions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor devices or systems including FPGA/Adaptive SoC.
• Strong FPGA architectures and adaptive computing knowledge.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into product capabilities and roadmap directions.

Responsibilities

• Drive product planning and strategy for next-generation FPGA and Adaptive SoC platforms.
• Translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning, architecture, engineering, marketing and applications.
• Gather requirements and develop comprehensive product definitions.
• Contribute to business cases and investment decisions via market and competitive analysis.
• Represent Product Planning in planning forums and reviews.
• Ensure roadmaps reflect customer requirements with stakeholders.
