Job summary

Naval Education and Training Command in Bangor, WA seeks an Assistant Site Director for high-risk FP courses at CENSECFOR LS Bangor. You will evaluate curricula to meet fleet needs and ensure compliance with Navy and DoD FP doctrine/regulations.

You will oversee training and certification of active-duty personnel and contractors, conduct evaluations, and research training programs across DOD and the commercial marketplace to drive instructional quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Assistant Site Director for high-risk FP courses taught at CENSECFOR LS Bangor.
• Evaluate, review and provide curriculum recommendations to meet fleet requirements and ensure compliance with Navy and DOD FP doctrine and regulations.
• Assess high-risk practical exercises and scenarios to enhance instruction and improve performance at both the individual and team levels.
• Conduct independent research of existing training programs and strategies across DOD and the commercial marketplace.
• Provide oversight, training, and certification of a core cadre of active duty military and contractors to teach FP courses.
• Conduct student and instructor evaluations and take appropriate action based on evaluations.
