Lockheed Martin in Silverdale, WA, is seeking a FBM Training Team Lead to direct a team of technical trainers delivering maintenance and courseware across SWFPAC sites. You will manage staff, coordinate recruitment, performance, and ensure training aligns with contractual requirements while collaborating with SSP Navy partners.

This role requires 3 years of leadership, prior curriculum development, instructor experience, and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 years formal first line leadership experience.
• Proven experience communicating with senior leadership.
• 2 years corporate curriculum development experience.
• Hands-on/in-classroom instructor experience.
• Interim Secret clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Active Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of trainers responsible for FBM maintenance training.
• Lead a team of interactive media personnel.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the training team at SWFPAC.
• Manage staffing to meet program demands.
• Support SWFPAC business rhythm.
• Collaborate with SSP Navy partners.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance to contractual requirements.
• Communicate and collaborate with other prime contractors on available training and compliance to contractual requirements.
• Support FBM program emerging demands.
• Manage QCT administration.
• Integrate with the Digital Transformation team.
