Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador who reflects FP Movement values and partners with store leadership to create an engaging customer experience.
• Develop selling initiatives, build relationships through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Promote FP Movement events and drive engagement with fitness partners.
• Use store and digital tools to stay informed on events and offers for an omni-channel experience.
• Lead by example, manage priorities to balance service with tasks.
• Maintain energized store environment, manage daily zone and drive sales.
• Educate teammates on product knowledge and messaging using resources like Freeway and social hubs.
• Support daily operations, shipments, restocking, and visual standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and loss prevention while following policies.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure timely order processing across channels.
• Foster inclusive, open dialogue and regular team meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to share information and respond to feedback.
• Encourage proactive problem-solving and development of new skills.
• Guide Stylist team and plan for career progression.
