You will promote events, deliver personal service, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards. Ideal candidates are passionate about FP Movement, strong team players, and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand ambassador and reflects company values; partners with store leadership to create an engaging FP Movement experience for customers.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement in collaboration with fitness and wellness partners.
• Uses available resources to stay informed on events and offers to enhance customer omni-channel experience.
• Actively participates in managing store environment and customer experience, driving sales.
