URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations and lead an engaging customer experience at our Santa Clara location.

You will collaborate with management to drive sales, model brand standards, and empower team members to deliver personalized service. You will help execute events, share product knowledge, and reinforce FP Movement messaging while managing daily tasks and omni-channel orders.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values; partners with leadership to create an engaging experience for FP Movement customers.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience and builds relationships through personalized service.
• Promotes in-store events and collaborates with fitness partners to drive participation.
• Supports omni-channel orders and maintains display standards while ensuring store profitability.
• Assists in daily operations, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance to protect assets.
