Qualifications

• Senior FP&A executive with enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management experience.
• Experience designing or leading IBP, xP&A, FP&A transformation, or finance operating model modernization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A leaders to design AI-native planning, forecasting, scenario, and insight-generation processes.
• Design and implement IBP governance, cadence, and connection to leadership routines.
• Ensure FP&A processes support and enable IBP by aligning cycles, forecasts, and executive decisions.
• Define and advance xP&A capabilities linking operational plans to financial outcomes.
• Drive coherence across Corporate Finance, Strategy, and business partners.
• Eliminate fragmented planning and shadow models through standardized constructs and data flows.
• Create a single interconnected enterprise operating plan with Finance, HR, Sales, and technology partners.
• Improve planning depth, scenario analysis, and insight generation for strategic decisions.
