• Partner with FP&A leaders to design AI-native planning and forecasting processes.
• Design and implement IBP model with governance forums and cadence.
• Align planning cycles and forecast outputs with executive decision routines.
• Advance xP&A capabilities connecting workforce, sales, and delivery with financial outcomes.
• Drive coherence across Corporate Finance, Strategy, and functional partners.
• Eliminate fragmented planning through standardized constructs and data flows.
• Create an interconnected enterprise operating plan with cross-functional partners.
• Improve planning depth, scenario analysis, and decision-support recommendations.
