Empower is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support Technology, Operations, and other groups. You will prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and analyses to inform leadership decisions and performance management.

You will analyze trends, support monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting, and help maintain planning models. This role emphasizes financial modeling, variance analysis, and collaboration across Finance teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
• Financial services background preferred.
• Financial modeling experience required.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management and leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational trends, including expense performance and budgeting variances.
• Build and maintain annual budgets and long-term planning models for Technology and Operations.
• Support expense budgeting and workforce/headcount planning processes.
• Perform financial analysis and ad hoc modeling for business cases, investments, and initiatives.
• Manage forecasting inputs such as depreciation and amortization.
