Job summary

Jackson seeks a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis – Anaplan to lead design, roadmap, and development of planning applications. You will partner with the AVP and cross-functional teams to evolve forecasting, integration with Oracle, and the overall planning architecture.

You will mentor analysts, define product vision, manage timelines, and drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes using Anaplan and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years Anaplan experience required.
• 7+ years Corporate Finance experience preferred.
• 5+ years PowerBI experience or other visualization tools preferred.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• Insurance/financial services industry experience preferred.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification required.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports analysts through sprint planning, prioritization, and day-to-day execution.
• Provides direction, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements to analysts.
• Coordinates development timelines, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Monitors progress and reviews deliverables against goals and user expectations.
• Defines the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
