Job summary

Codex in Chicago seeks a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with hands-on Anaplan experience.

You will develop complex Anaplan models, drive consolidation deliverables for senior leadership, and collaborate across Finance, HR, and Accounting to modernize planning processes.

Must be a US citizen or green card holder to be considered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years FP&A, consolidation, and reporting experience.
• 2+ years hands-on Anaplan experience.
• Experience developing complex Anaplan models.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, reporting and planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-wide financial consolidation across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Lead consolidation reporting for senior leadership.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop and enhance complex Anaplan models for FP&A processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate finance processes through Anaplan.
• Analyze headcount trends and workforce data.
• Partner across FP&A, Accounting, HR, and wider teams.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of planning data.
