Job summary

The role requires 7–10 years in FP&A, supervisory experience, and strong modeling skills, with heavy emphasis on electric utility finances and strategic financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual operating and capital budgeting processes and board materials.
• Coordinate long-range planning, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Lead wholesale power financial analysis and rate design matters with consultants.
• Develop models and analyses for investments, contracts, and initiatives.
• Present results and recommendations to management and Board.
• Supervise FP&A staff and support employee development.
• Maintain data quality, controls, and reporting processes.
• Support storm restoration operations and emergency response when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
