The role provides analytical support as the company integrates new large load customers into systems, processes, fuel forecasts, and revenue models. Strong analytical skills and tariff interpretation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in utility ratemaking, financial analysis, regulatory support, or tariff administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost-of-service and rate design for functional areas (retail, wholesale or adjustment clause).
• Develop rate structures and prices to meet corporate objectives.
• Prepare filings, including testimony and minimum filing requirements.
• Obtain regulatory approval of the rates.
• Support integration of new rate classes into systems and ongoing rate quote development.
