The LATAM FP&A Supervisor will have key responsibilities supporting planning and reporting processes for our $1BN sales Commercial organization.
This position is responsible for supporting and leading the quarterly LBE/Planning process as well as other areas of responsibilities within the Financial Planning and Analysis team. The position will also identify/assess/implement process improvements, lead projects, assist with senior management presentations as well as support an array of ad-hoc FP&A activities.
Lead and coordinate all aspects of our financial planning process:
Quarterly rLBEs, Confirmations and Annual Plan deliverables.
Active engagement with affiliates to understand business drivers and ensure all assumptions are well documented.
Consolidate and reconcile submission and ensure accurate tie outs.
Be a key business partner to our Area commercial team, supporting projects and key initiatives including the communication of the results on a regular basis (GtN, Cost Leadership and Commercial Excellence).
Key point of contact for affiliates for reporting issues resolution, including systems (Host analytics, CCI/HFM), technical planning questions and Area-ANI-Division requirements.
Executes Month close reporting for total LA (Sales flash, PnL month close, MFR) and month close activities for Area HQ, including accruals, performance charges and ICB support.
Various Ad hoc financial analysis and preparation of presentations for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business related major.
5+ years: Progressive Finance/Accounting experience. Commercial finance experience at affiliate is a plus.
Technical skills: Excel and Financial planning-analysis is a must.
Proficiency in Host Analytics, HFM/CCI, SAP.
Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.

The base pay for this position is $86,700.00 – $173,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
