Job summary

Abbott Park, IL - The LATAM FP&A Supervisor role supports planning and reporting for a $1B Commercial organization in the Nutrition Division. You will lead quarterly LBE/Planning, drive process improvements, and partner with affiliates on financial analyses and executive presentations.

Responsibilities include coordinating quarterly plans, ensuring data integrity, and delivering insightful analyses to senior management while supporting ad-hoc FP&A activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business is required.
• 5+ years Progressive Finance/Accounting experience.
• Commercial finance experience at affiliate is a plus.
• Excel and FP&A skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of our financial planning process: Quarterly rLBEs, Confirmations and Annual Plan deliverables.
• Engage with affiliates to understand business drivers and document assumptions.
• Consolidate and reconcile submissions and ensure accurate tie outs.
• Be a key business partner to the Area commercial team, communicating results regularly (GtN, Cost Leadership, Commercial Excellence).
• Serve as the main contact for affiliates on reporting issues, including Host Analytics, CCI/HFM questions and Area-ANI-Division requirements.
• Execute Month Close reporting for total LA (Sales flash, PnL close, MFR) and month-close activities for Area HQ.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and prepare presentations for senior management.
