Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking an FP&A Analyst for our Tysons Corner, VA area to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting that drives growth in a fast-paced government contracting environment.

The role is based in McLean, VA with Monday–Thursday in the office and Friday as a telework day, offering a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities to leverage Costpoint, Unanet, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of progressive finance experience at a government contracting organization.
• Advanced Excel skills with dynamic financial models.
• Ability to work with large datasets, evaluate financial data, and identify business trends.
• Understanding of GAAP.
• Working knowledge of FAR and CAS related to indirect rate structures and cost allowability.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership.
• Education level and tools knowledge as described.

Responsibilities

• Design and track KPIs, budget vs. actual analyses, and variance reporting.
• Create management reports for executives, Board of Directors, and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Develop, monitor, and forecast indirect rates including fringe, overhead, and G&A.
• Provide rate and cost inputs for proposals with Contracts and BD teams.
• Assist month-end close and variance analysis with explanations to leadership.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and scenario models for decision making.
• Identify FP&A process improvements and leverage Costpoint/Unanet.
