Job summary

Origence seeks a highly analytical Financial Analyst, FP&A to support planning, reporting, BI, and analytics initiatives across the organization. This role partners with the FP&A team to deliver financial analysis, develop Power BI reporting solutions, and leverage enterprise data for insights.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week, and requires strong finance acumen and data-driven mindset to improve decision-making through automation and

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and management presentations.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and pricing.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Support governance of enterprise reporting standards and metric definitions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Leverage data warehouse environments and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Perform ad hoc analyses for Finance, Product, Operations, and Executive Management.
• Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives.
• Support Adaptive Planning administration, reporting, and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting through automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to improve data accessibility.
