Job summary

rEvolution, a leading global sports marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A, Finance & Accounting to join our Chicago office. You will support executive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and provide decision-ready insights using NetSuite and Power BI.

This hybrid role offers exposure to senior leadership, ownership of monthly dashboards, scenario planning, and collaboration with department heads to drive accurate cost projections and business performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A or corporate finance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP; ability to build reports and saved searches.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; dashboards for executive audiences; Adaptive Planning a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly executive dashboard and board reporting with KPI scorecards and P&L summaries.
• Own annual budget and rolling forecast models; communicate variances clearly.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time performance.
• Translate financial data into clear narratives for the CEO and leadership.
• Own monthly Playbook and recurring finance deliverables on deadlines.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and refine cost projections.
• Support GL extraction, P&L consolidation, and multi-subsidiary reporting in NetSuite.
• Analyze revenue, margin, headcount, and operating expenses trends.
• Assist with system improvements, data hygiene, and BI tooling.
• Support month-end close, audits, and tax coordination.
