Apex Technology, Inc. is hiring an FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team in Los Angeles. This role focuses on headcount planning, modeling, and serving as the finance partner to Engineering and R&D leadership to drive planning, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of adapting quickly as priorities shift in a fast-growing aerospace environment. This full-time position offers strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Familiarity with PO/PR approvals for multi-million-dollar projects.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with senior leadership and technical stakeholders. U.S. Person status is required.

Responsibilities

• Headcount planning and modeling across the company, with department-level forecasts.
• Serve as the finance business partner to Engineering and R&D leadership.
• Support annual budgets, reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Perform variance analysis and surface actionable insights.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for executives.
• Identify process improvements to FP&A workflows.
• Support PO/PR approvals for multi-million-dollar projects within Engineering.
