Job summary

MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC is seeking a Manager Finance to lead FP&A for Venue Operations, Food & Beverage, and Merchandise across Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre, and Chicago Theatre.

You will prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and month-end reporting, working with operations teams to explain variances and drive informed decisions. A minimum of five years in finance with a relevant degree is required, with MBA a plus.

Qualifications

  • Five years’ experience in Finance/Accounting/Strategy, preferably in budgeting/analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.
  • Experience with facilities finances including union/part-time labor, rent and taxes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual operating and capital budgets, monthly forecasts, and business reviews for Venue Operations and related functions across all theaters.
  • Prepare and present month-end reporting packages with variance analysis to department heads and General Manager.
  • Distribute and analyze Food, Beverage, and Merchandise reports, including post-event flash reports and ROI analyses.
  • Maintain monthly tracking for key expenses (labor, utilities, taxes, licenses, capital expenditures).
  • Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close by reviewing P&Ls and variances.
