Job summary

Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a VP - Finance to lead FP&A, financial planning, and reporting for senior management.

You will analyze results with the CEO, manage monthly P&L, budgets, forecasts and strategic planning, and drive actionable insights across venues and events. The role requires a Master’s in Finance/Accounting or related field, strong analytical skills, and experience with US GAAP.

Qualifications

• US GAAP and financial statement reporting.
• Analytical and data modeling to improve operational performance.
• Relational databases (Access) and data mining or statistical analysis tools (Business Objects, BPC).
• Multiple worksheets and external databases using pivot tables and nested functions.
• Using financial reports to identify risks, perform cost-benefit analyses and differential analyses.
• Developing price and cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of financial planning and analysis for the organization.
• Collaborate with local CEO/Chairman to analyze results and projections.
• Oversee monthly P&L, budgets, forecasts and strategic planning.
• Input data for monthly forecasts, budgets and new business entities.
• Coordinate with marketing, talent bookers, and venue managers on financial reporting.
• Monitor analytics for venue utilization, pricing strategies and customer behavior.
• Develop new models and revamp financial reports (P&L, margins).
• Lead the analytics/finance team and present to partners and executives.
• Lead financial audits and quarterly/annual reporting.
