Job summary

Hoonigan is seeking a Manager, FP&A to serve as a financial partner to the Supply Chain organization, translating data into actionable insights that support cost transparency, forecasting rigor, and accountability across sourcing, inventory planning, and logistics.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, develop financial models, and deliver dashboards and analyses using Tableau, Oracle EPM, and Power Query to drive decisions and performance.

Qualifications

• Lead FP&A partner to Supply Chain, translating financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Develop financial models to support sourcing mix strategy, LRPs, and long-range planning.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPIs for Supply Chain leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for Supply Chain, partnering with key leaders to develop accurate plans.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/metrics to improve visibility and accountability across the organization.
• Support SKU rationalization, inventory optimization, and cost analysis through data-driven finance.
