Job summary

LHH is seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join a fast-growing, technology-driven organization backed by sophisticated investors. This role offers broad exposure to executive leadership, budgeting, forecasting, BI, and long-term strategic planning.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will build models, analyze data, and influence business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or transaction advisory experience.
Advanced financial modeling skills including three-statement modeling and budgeting.
Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar BI tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
Experience in a private equity-backed org, professional services, or AI-enhanced processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain three-statement financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
Prepare weekly financial reporting, 13-week cash flow forecasts, KPI reporting, and monthly management reporting.
Perform modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analyses for strategic initiatives and growth.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present insights to leadership.
Develop executive presentations and materials for board meetings and planning.
