D&H Distributing is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the Warehouse, Logistics, and Transportation teams. The role focuses on KPI and financial reporting, data evaluation, and ad hoc and long-term projects, with emphasis on accuracy and clear communication to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience with Cognos/Tableau/SQL, and the ability to work across Finance and Operations while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college; Finance/Engineering/Logistics/Quantitative field recommended
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with BI systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Support KPI and financial reporting for Logistics and FP&A teams
• Utilize Cognos, Tableau, and SQL to communicate key metrics to senior management
• Construct models to evaluate investments and changes
• Monitor projects to meet cost/quality/service objectives
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations across departments
• Present analyses to Executive team as needed
• Develop understanding of distribution, warehouse operations and supply chain logistics
