Job summary

CHEP is seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support global FP&A, operations finance, and supply chain finance initiatives. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to deliver insights, drive performance, and guide strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to enable performance improvement and governance across a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of FP&A, Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance or related analytics role.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analysis for assigned areas.
• Analyze results against budgets/forecasts; identify trends, risks, and drivers.
• Support month-end close, forecasting cycles, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models, scenarios, and productivity analyses for decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
• Monitor cost trends and KPIs; provide proactive analysis and recommendations.
• Investigate variances, identify root causes, and support resolutions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Create/maintain models, reporting tools, dashboards, and templates.
• Drive reporting automation, process simplification, and analytics.
• Support adherence to policies, controls, and governance.
• Provide guidance to team members and partners; promote best practices.
