Vanguard Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead a team of analysts within Workplace Solutions FP&A. You will drive high-impact strategic analysis across plan sponsor sales, shaping growth, pricing, and optimization of the Workplace business.

This role emphasizes building a high-performing, insight-driven FP&A team. You will oversee complex financial analyses, develop methodologies, and present findings to senior leaders, influencing product and channel profitability and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Five years of FP&A experience with at least 2 years in financial analysis.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Finance or accounting designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and drive high-impact strategic analysis.
• Perform forecasting and financial modeling for enterprise or divisional stakeholders.
• Develop financial methodologies and perform ad hoc and periodic reviews of profitability.
• Create presentations for senior leaders on financial performance.
• Own cost models and support pricing decisions for channels and products.
• Coordinate information requests and summarize results aligned to business strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial services delivery and manage projects.
