Job summary

Once Upon a Farm is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to own core planning and forecasting cycles, including annual budgeting and monthly reforecasts. You will partner with Accounting, Operations Finance, and BI to build robust models and drive actionable insights.

The role emphasizes automation, KPI standardization, and scalable processes in a remote-first, US-based environment, with travel up to a few times per quarter as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years FP&A experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Pigment or similar EPM/FP&A tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting.
• Deliver management reporting with clear narratives and KPIs.
• Drive variance, margin, and mix analysis to explain movements.
• Own planning calendar and automate workflows to scale with growth.
