Fortera Global is seeking an FP&A Manager to establish the budgeting and forecasting foundation as the company scales from a single plant to a portfolio of plants. You will own the operating budget, build forecasts, and bring discipline to capital budgets behind the projects Fortera finances and builds.

You’ll consolidate inputs into P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet outlook, and produce monthly reporting packages, board materials, investor reporting, and lender reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience owning budgeting or forecasting across multiple departments or stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability.
• Able to communicate with technical teams and build understanding of production processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related role.
• Experience with capital project budgeting or project finance.
• Experience supporting lenders, investors, or a board.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual operating budget process across departments.
• Build and maintain monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Consolidate departmental inputs into a full company P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet outlook.
• Track actuals versus budget and forecast and explain variances.
• Develop realistic financial assumptions with department heads.
• Develop and maintain detailed capital project budgets by project, phase, and cost category.
• Produce budget, forecast, and reporting packages required by lenders for capital projects.
• Maintain reporting support for draw requests and budget-to-actual reporting.
• Work closely with the Capital Projects team to understand project progress and its financial impact.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for leadership.
• Support executive presentations for leadership, the board, investors, and lenders.
