Job summary

XKIG is seeking a Finance (FP&A) Manager in the Norfolk area to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. You will build financial models, analyze profitability, and partner with commercial teams to support pricing decisions and market expansion.

The role uses NetSuite, Power BI, and Claude AI to automate reporting and deliver actionable insights for executives and private equity sponsors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5-8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel and financial analysis proficiency.
Experience presenting complex financial concepts to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, profitability, cash flow, and ops performance.
Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis vs budget/forecast.
Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and sponsors.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
Evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, and revenue optimization.
Develop analyses supporting pricing decisions, contracts, and market expansion.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights into geography and service-line profitability.
Support sales and BD by evaluating growth opportunities and ROI.
