Job summary

Cresa is seeking a Regional Financial Analyst to collaborate with the Regional Finance Director, Senior Finance Analyst, and Corporate Finance to manage financial workflows and support operational objectives. The role blends accounting and analysis, focusing on accurate records, reporting, insights, and timely close.

You will work with HR, Operations, Contract Management, and controllership to promote consistency, efficiency, and expeditious month-end close, forecasting, AR/AP, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 9 hours of accounting coursework.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate is desirable but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard reporting packages for leadership.
• Support month-end and quarterly close with variance analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems and GL entries.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure proper coding of transactions.
• Coordinate invoicing, contracting documents, and payment processes.
• Collaborate with Finance/Operations and centralized accounting teams.
