You will implement internal controls, manage AP/AR, coordinate with the CPA, and supervise a small team. The role requires GAAP knowledge, attention to detail, and strong communication to support sound business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in a small company.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes.
• Experience managing an accounting team.
• Experience with mid-range accounting systems and common business software applications.

Aufgaben

• Manage accounting functions to generate accurate financial statements monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Institute and maintain internal controls and policies.
• Develop and maintain chart of accounts and record-keeping procedures.
• Lead month-end close, planning and analysis, and cash flow management.
• Supervise AP, AR, banking and payroll; coordinate with CPA for tax planning and compliance.
• Provide planning recommendations and support inventory management.
