Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join a remote-first North America team. You will provide analytical insights, support budgeting and planning, and partner with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and People teams to drive financial discipline.

The role focuses on headcount analytics, AOP and rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and KPI commentary. A minimum of 8+ years in FP&A and strong modeling/Excel skills are required, with NetSuite and BI tools experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or a similar analytical role.
• Expertise in creating and updating complex three statement long-term financial models.
• Strong Excel user with proficiency in advanced data/financial operations.
• Experience with NetSuite and forecasting/budgeting tools such as Vena or Adaptive.
• Experience with CRM & analytical tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or other cloud-based platforms.
• Financial and business acumen to interpret numbers and link operational metrics to financial results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Thrives in a rapidly changing environment and solves complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support and insight to operational leadership across the company.
• Ownership of headcount tracking, reporting, and analysis company wide.
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling six-quarter forecasts; and prepare variance analytics against forecasts.
• Facilitate financial reviews with business partners to provide decision support and budget-to-actual insights.
• Represent finance on cross-functional teams and own financial modeling behind initiatives.
• Support sales/revenue forecasting, metrics, reporting and analysis.
• Develop understanding of KPIs to incorporate into monthly commentaries.
