Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a remote FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts for the FP&A team. You will drive pro forma analyses, partner with stakeholders, and guide analytics that inform strategic initiatives.

You will develop direct reports, manage Workday Adaptive Planning, and contribute to AI-enabled process improvements while ensuring accurate financial guidance for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
• 4+ years FP&A, consulting, or finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Experience using Adaptive Planning and Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts; collaborate with leaders to inform revenue/expense estimates and build pro forma models.
• Mentor and develop a team of 2–4 analysts to foster growth and collaboration.
• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning; explore automation opportunities to simplify planning cycles.
• Track actuals versus budget and forecast; provide variance analyses and insights.
• Prepare executive and board materials; support data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Strategy and Analytics to define KPIs and monitor performance.
