Job summary

Green Key Resources is recruiting an FP&A Associate for a rapidly growing financial services firm. The role offers broad exposure to firmwide planning, executive reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in FP&A or related fields, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work with large data sets. Schedule: hybrid, four days in the office and Fridays remote.

This role is with a rapidly growing financial services firm that is looking to add an FP&A Associate to its Corporate Finance team.

This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of experience who wants broad exposure to firmwide planning, executive reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting across revenue, business activity, and key financial metrics
• Preparing budget-to-actual variance analysis and updated forecasts
• Developing financial dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and the Board
• Partnering with business, sales, and departmental leaders to evaluate performance and support decision-making
• Performing sales, client, and profitability analytics
• Assisting with monthly management reporting and quarterly Board reporting packages
• Improving reporting processes, internal controls, and FP&A automation
• Supporting special projects, including new planning tools and software implementations

What they’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or management consulting experience
• Financial services experience strongly preferred
• Exposure to private equity, hedge funds, structured investments, or other alternative investments is a plus
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Tableau, NetSuite, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar systems is helpful
• Ability to work with large data sets and communicate findings clearly to business leaders
