A growing, PE-backed organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to join its corporate finance team. This high-visibility role supports enterprise-wide financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis. You’ll collaborate across business functions to deliver actionable insights and play a critical role in guiding performance and decision-making.

What You’ll Do
As a key member of the FP&A team, you’ll partner with departments across the company to support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead aspects of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning in coordination with business and finance leadership
- Conduct financial performance analysis, including budget vs. actual, forecast variance, and historical trend analysis
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Work closely with G&A functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Real Estate) to provide strategic financial support and analysis
- Assist with board materials, lender reporting, and other executive-level financial deliverables
- Partner with Accounting to improve data accuracy, system processes, and financial workflows
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling; ERP/reporting tool experience a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to both finance and non-finance teams
- Self-motivated and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to partner across business functions
