Job summary

Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. in Foothill Ranch, CA is hiring a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.

The role reports to the Senior Director FP&A and guides cross-functional teams to deliver strategic insights that drive performance and value creation. You will oversee FP&A activities in a private equity environment, partnering with senior leadership and finance teams to optimize planning, reporting, and decision support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Finance experience with FP&A focus
• MBA or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasts
• Own consolidated P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts
• Develop multi-year financial models for product strategies and planning
• Manage end-to-end forecast process and align with ops plans
• Provide KPIs and analyses to leadership and private equity stakeholders
• Drive continuous reporting improvements and use of AI tools
