Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related discipline and 5+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree or CPA preferred with leadership experience in a matrix, Fortune 500 environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning process for strategic year plans and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Brand Finance on KPI analysis and insights.
• Monitor margins, revenue growth, and budget adherence across channels.
• Develop rolling 5-year plans (LRP) and support GTM with model updates.
