Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis Manager to advance the FP&A function across the Building Envelope business.

You will partner with the Senior Manager of FP&A to deliver reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis while supporting tool modernization and automation. You will collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement to ensure financial alignment and provide concise leadership-level presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate financial insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close activities with timely, accurate reporting.
• Assist in annual budgets and rolling forecasts, identify risks and drivers.
• Transform FP&A reporting tools; drive automation and standardization.
• Perform P&L, margin, cash flow, and capex analyses; provide insights.
• Provide financial modeling for strategic initiatives and business cases.
