Job summary

ESL FACEIT Group (EFG) in the United States is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to connect commercial activity, operations, and financial outcomes across Esports and Digital business units.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Data, HR, Accounting, and Finance teams to improve planning, forecasting, profitability, and management reporting. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, technology, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analytics, FP&A, or business operations.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; strong data handling skills.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake; dashboarding and automation.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner to Esports and Digital units.
• Coordinate inputs into annual budgets, forecasts, and 5-year plans.
• Assess revenue potential, costs, and profitability of projects and contracts.
• Track gross margin, COGS, and contribution across project lifecycles.
• Develop KPI reporting: pipeline, profitability, hours, tickets, and engagement.
• Build scalable data models and dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Power BI.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analysis for senior stakeholders.
