Job summary

RTS is seeking a Director of Strategy & FP&A to shape and execute strategic priorities while leading its global FP&A function across esports, live events, media, e-commerce, and partnerships. The role reports to the CFO and serves as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership.

The position combines strategy, finance, and operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting. It requires hands-on modeling and compelling Board-ready storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields.
• Advanced PowerPoint with board-level presentation experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial/operational modeling.
• Ability to distill complex data into executive stories.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Board of Directors materials and presentation storyline.
• Partner with CFO/CEO to craft a cohesive Board narrative including risks and priorities.
• Lead inputs gathering across Strategy, FP&A, and business teams for concise materials.
• Translate financial, operational, and market data into clear, decision-oriented insights.
• Develop analytical frameworks and data-driven recommendations for key decisions.
• Oversee board and parent-company materials to ensure accuracy and executive clarity.
