Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, FP&A, or related leadership roles.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience owning Board-level presentations.
• Strong Excel and financial/analytical modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency with Google Slides and Google Sheets within Google Workspace.
• Excellent executive storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex business inputs and derive actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Board of Directors presentation process, including storyline, inputs coordination, and final materials.
• Lead FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting.
• Partner with CEO/CFO and leaders to translate strategy into measurable initiatives.
• Develop strategic analyses across RTS's Events, Media, E-commerce, and Partnerships.
• Provide hands-on analyses, scenario planning, and data-driven recommendations for execution.
