SECTR Partners are working in close partnership with a Veterinary Consolidator looking to hire a Finance Manager. The role will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and business analysis, supporting both growth and operational excellence across the organization’s expanding network of clinics.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally to build annual clinic budgets
• Support the onboarding of newly acquired clinics, building annual budgets & forecasts
• Serve as a strategic Business Partner to the operations team, identifying opportunities to improve performance and growth
• Support the development of board materials

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
  +5 years FP&A experience in a multi-site organization (Veterinary, Healthcare, Retail)
• Experience in a high-growth M&A environment, strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical abilities with experience using BI and reporting tools
