Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive work experience in FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling skills required.
• General ledger experience required.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience required.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely materials for monthly and quarterly financial reports, presentations and dashboards that highlight KPIs.
• Perform variance and trend analysis to identify and explain key performance drivers.
• Optimize and rationalize financial processes to drive consistent reporting practices.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and align with goals.
• Lead the annual operating budget and periodic forecast processes with inputs from partners.
• Support ad-hoc financial and business analysis delivering value-added reporting.
• Build and improve financial models, including scenario analysis for decision making.
