Job summary

Gateway Dealer Network is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with the CFO and drive financial performance across multi-location operations. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and modeling while modernizing reporting through BI tools and data automation.

The role is highly visible, hands-on, and requires strong collaboration with finance, operations, IT, and senior leadership to influence business decisions and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analysis role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with finance, operations and IT leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate branch and department profitability and KPI drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and lenders.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and automate reporting workflows.
• Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
