Job summary

AssetWatch, a remote-first startup in the industrial manufacturing space, seeks a Manager of Corporate FP&A to shape financial strategy and own the three-statement model and consolidated forecasts. You will partner with Ops/SC on inventory and hardware assumptions, and support board/investor materials.

The role focuses on analytics, forecasting, and governance in a fast-moving environment, with opportunities for impact and growth across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• MBA or master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years in FP&A or related high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated three-statement model, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Consolidate forecasts across revenue, expenses, working capital, inventory, capex, and depreciation.
• Maintain master financial model, planning templates, version control and governance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, variance analysis, and forecast bridges.
• Own cash flow and runway forecasting, including hardware purchase timing.
• Drive process discipline across AOP and quarterly reforecast cycles.
