Job summary

Shield AI seeks a Senior Corporate FP&A Lead to design and own the company’s fully integrated three-statement model and consolidated plan. You will lead the Annual Operating Plan, long-range planning, and the company cash model, delivering executive-ready insights for Board decisions.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate engineering, programs, and operations into financial outcomes, build scalable planning infrastructure, and drive forecast accuracy in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in corporate FP&A or equivalent.
• Direct FP&A experience in a publicly traded company.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own a fully integrated three-statement model and consolidated plan.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-range planning.
• Own the company cash model and liquidity forecasting.
• Produce Board- and executive-ready narratives, packages, and KPI dashboards.
• Digitize and scale planning infrastructure; move from Excel to cloud-based tools.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate programs into financial outcomes.
